I know I should wake up early, i should exercise daily, i should eat healthy , i should study daily but guess what?
I do none of these at all , I think now it is this is the story of maximum of us. We all know what is good for us but we always end up doing something bad for us, there has been a huge gap generating between what we know & what we do So, why it is happening? If i say little more word because we are lost control over of our mind now the mind is controlling us You wanna proof just
just try to observe a little deeply what I'm saying , now a days we are always trying to avoid any kind of pain for ex= exercising, studying & we are always trying to get more n more pleasure then the last time we had for ex= in case of drinking alcohol, social media addiction, or playing video Games...
If today we are happy with one peg the next day we want a little bit more may be one n half peg, this is exactly what our mind wants from us & we are doing the same hence it is proof the mind is controlling us , The Mind never care about the future, it only wants pleasurable experience in every moment right now even if it destroying us completely in the near future the mind doesn't give any shit on that & the scariest thing is that this mind is becoming heaver on a day by day. So, What is the Solution? the one n only solution is our Intelligence the only thing which our power to control our mind we have to develop our intelligence so strong that it can over power our mind.This Book can get from here :-
Now you may Ask :-Hey, how can you say intelligence is more powerful then mind ?
Let me give you a simple example:- Is their same kind of feeling is generate in you when your touches you or when your Girlfriend touches you ? No, the feeling are very different from each other so why these happens in the level of mind there is no difference between your mother & your girlfriend both of them at just a body that look similar but in the level of intelligence relationships are strongly defined mother means the GODDESS and that changes everything ,: your feeling , your emotions,everything towards her if we understand something very deeply n clearly we get full control over us The mind become 0% & then it quietly follows the intelligence and you know it is a very easy to step process.
First step is UNDERSTANDING the foot for our mind is experiences the more you provide the pleasurable experiences it become more stronger & the foot for intelligence is understanding more you provide right knowledge right information it become more stronger If you know something is wrong for you and still you are day by day getting out of control on it then its time for you to feed your intelligence try avoiding to provide any more pleasurable experiences associated with that thing to your mind and start gathering very deeply

about that thing in short STOP FEEDING YOUR MIND & START FEEDING YOUR INTELLIGENCE for ex Suppose you know smoking is injuries to health but you are getting out of control day by day then try reducing or at least not increase the number of cigarettes per day & start gathering knowledge or information very deeply about how much it is harmful to your health then eventually you will reach on state when your mind will get scared it will become Zero
on you then automatically you will stop smoking any more.
Second step is PRACTICE :- It has taken many years to develop all the bad habits that you have and now you are trying to change their direction from bad to good. till now you have develop a pattern where when you do something wrong only then you'll get pleasurable experiences so to change the direction you have to break this pattern and to do so again unit years n years practice. The thing is not going to change in one day in any where but what we do will go an extreme then after getting failed again n again we say Ohh! it's impossible for me . Suppose now you wake up at 10 am everyday and for the next on-words you set a goal to wake up at 5 am obviously will fail unless n until your intelligence so strong what you are doing so what you need to do try to wake up at 9:30 am for the next seven days & for the next seven days at 9 am and so on...this way you can easily cheat your mind without letting him notice any kind of difference never try to getting the stream unless your intelligence are so stronger then your mind, otherwise are definitely fail. So, to Conclude to control over mind first we need to develop a deeper understanding and continues feed right knowledge & right information and next we need to slowly apply n practice knowledge in our real life the more our intelligence becomes strong the more we are control of our mind life and last but not the least remember,
