 FAN:-   I know I should wake up early, i should exercise daily, i should eat healthy , i should study daily but guess what? I do none of these at all , I think now it is this is the story of maximum of us. We all know what is good for us but we always end up doing something bad for us, there has been a huge gap generating between what we know & what we do So, why it is happening?
